What You Do - or Don't Do - Makes all the
Difference |
Right now,
foreclosure may seem so big to you. Foreclosure is big. But it
doesn't have to be so horrible and you can fight back. Don't give up
because then you will lose more than you have
to.
What most people don't know is that it's one thing to be going
through foreclosure
it's a whole other thing of how life will be
after foreclosure if you don't make the right decisions
now.
The brutal reality is that what you
do or don't do between the time you receive your Notice of Default or Lis
Penden and the date set for your foreclosure could make all the
difference in what your life will be like for the next decade.
Foreclosure can cause a logistical nightmare to just live your
basic life. You won't be able to buy another house at the lowest rates anytime
soon after foreclosure. Even renting may be difficult and
embarrassing. All it takes is one pull of your credit report for any
landlord to see that you're a risky tenant who defaults on your
payments.
Spending money won't be the same either. It will be
inconvenient and again, embarrassing. Why? The spending
limits on the credit cards that you now have in your wallet will be
slashed. That means you'll have very little credit space to spend and it
won't take much to max out your limit. |

Such a major ding to
your credit will rack your nerves every time you get to a store register ...
wondering if your card will be declined again. If it is rejected,
everyone in line will be watching as you scramble for another way to
pay. Basically, unless you know how to get around this, you'll
need to walk around with a wad of cash in your pocket at all times
possibly up to 10 long years.
Getting additional credit with
decent rates will be next to impossible. Without a credit card,
you can't even hold a vacation, rental car, or hotel reservation. Getting
anything in your name will be difficult. Heck. You might not even be
able to put basic services - such as telephone, gas and electric, or water - in
your name. Yikes!
I've also seen people wind up in lawsuits or
paying huge fines and penalties ... some that were absolutely
unnecessary
all for not understanding what's involved in
foreclosure, their legal rights, or being ill-advised.
Even I
myself answered my door one Sunday morning only to be served with a lawsuit
after my foreclosure. Luckily, I knew exactly what to do.

| Trying to
Solve Your Problem Can Be Very Painful |
I've seen it happen all too often with people in
foreclosure who don't know what to do. They frantically try to
find a way out, asking anyone who'll listen for advice. They get their hopes up
when someone says they can help and then when they can't, they deflate
like a balloon.
It's hard to make sense in a sea of
information |
Most start out by searching the Internet in hope of quick solutions,
but get instantly inundated with thousands of sites and an
overwhelming amount of information. They find bits and pieces of what
seems like good information, but it's scattered everywhere,
incomplete, or little do they know
just plain
wrong!
Its not until after they've gone
broke or ran out of time that they realize they're no further along
in solving their foreclosure problem than when they started. In fact, they may
be even more confused. |
Still, many spend up to
their last day before foreclosure in a desperate search,
believing that one person or service can erase all their problems
overnight or that they have no other choice.
Of course, that's
simply not true!
The fact is, there are multiple ways
foreclosure will affect your life and you must address them all if
you're going to avoid the most loss. There are ways
strategic and
careful tactics
that can help you avoid foreclosure and the losses that
are most important to you.
It isn't just about
knowing what options you have; it's also about lowering your risk of getting
deeper into trouble with legal, tax, financial, credit, and personal
issues that can cause even bigger problems than the foreclosure itself!
What most people don't
know is that you can't count on just one person for all the answers.
Even if you're getting good advice now, there will be holes in that
advice because it's only from one expert.
Unfortunately, what
you miss could cost you dearly later on.
Warning: Much of the conflicting or "expert"
information out there is very incomplete and often incorrect - and could
possibly blow your only chance to avoid foreclosure.
Even more
scary is if the "help" you've found is actually a scam. No doubt, there
are thousands of websites and people that look and sound legitimate, but
they're really just out to make a quick buck on your
foreclosure misery.
When you're in danger of foreclosure, you have
no time to sift through the massive amount of information out there. You
have no room for bad advice.
Find out how to survive your foreclosure - or avoid it
altogether now!
| "Your Book was a
Godsend!" |
"I found so many concepts,
strategies and important questions to consider that
I am going to re-read it again
tonight. The maze of learning what to do and when, and who to ask, was
comletely overwhelming to me. But now I feel like I have specific tactics
I can use right away.
I was surprised to discover how
many viable options I have - some I've never heard of!
It would have normally
cost thousands of dollars to get this kind of expert advice."

| Who Am I - And Why Should You Believe
Me? |
|
My name is Elin
Bullmann and I've been in your shoes
dealing with foreclosure. In
fact I've been through foreclosure firsthand ... and not only survived but
avoided other foreclosures and losses I would have had if I didn't search out
the answers.
The difference
between me and many others who have faced foreclosure is that I confronted my
foreclosure head on and fought back with an entire team top-notch experts at my
side.
I was privy to invaluable information and advice
that no one tells you. In the end, I learned what you should and should
not do during and after your ordeal with foreclosure
and how to
substantially cut your losses.
When my husband, Ken,
and I found ourselves facing foreclosure, we were way in over our head.
We had no idea how to start dealing with such a foreign, overwhelming
problem.
We were facing the
possibility of losing everything - our money, equity, credit, other family
assets, and maybe even our own home.
We were so distressed
every day was a daunting mission with no clear plan. This
nightmare was so real, yet it was so unreal, that we just
couldn't function. As much as we searched and found what we
thought was the answer, another issue would pop up that would either
shoot an earlier path we thought we'd follow
or throw a curve that would
stop us in our tracks because we didn't know what to do with it.
We were finding
solutions that looked like they might be a way out, but we didn't know
the first thing about what they were or how to do them
so again we hit a
brick wall. The more days that passed with still no answers, the more
panic set in ... and the closer our foreclosure date
was.
We needed help.
But
our realtor couldn't sell the property
our property manager
couldn't rent it
our mortgage broker couldn't refinance it, and so on it
went with one person after another who we asked for a solution.
This was a scary
realization - that almost every professional that helped us get in
this situation could not help us get out!
This was a turning point
a point that drove me to find the right help. It was a shift
in my thinking that eventually led to the alternatives that helped me end
this nightmare in peace and not lose everything I worked so
hard for.
Fast forward several
months and I found myself working with top experts that steered me clear
of major hits that foreclosure would have otherwise taken on me. With their
help, I knew which alternative was my best shot at avoiding foreclosure,
my legal rights when working with lenders and other creditors (liens) on
my property, exactly how to deal with the ever-confusing tax issues, and
many other critical do's and don'ts. I could relax more because I
knew that what I was doing was backed by expert advice. In fact, they did
most of the work for me.
What made all the
difference is that I was prepared and knew how to get back on my feet
faster. Now I'm helping others do the same.
I was lucky to have
so much insider information about the pre- and post-foreclosure process
and learn ways to avoid loss that hardly anyone knows. In fact, most
people don't even know the basics, let alone the sophisticated
strategies that I've included in the book.
For instance, did you
know that there's one little-known technique that can allow you to make
some of your house payment but not all of it - and still keep your
house? Very few attorneys are even aware of how this can work.
There are many more viable strategies I know which are contrary
to what other experts and advisors may tell you. Maybe these are some of the
same less experienced advisors you've used - who may cause you to lose more
than you had to because you were given bad advice.
|
| "I Wish I Had Your Advice Sooner"
|
|
In the time that I've
helped people learn how they can avoid losses in their foreclosure situation,
probably the most frequent comment I get is this:
"I wish I had
your advice sooner so I could have tried more things that might have helped me
avoid my foreclosure ... and gotten the advice of these experts instead of
thinking there was nothing I could do. How I dealt with my foreclosure and the
way things turned out could have been a lot different if
only I would have had this information sooner."
I can't overemphasize
the fact that the earlier you get the right information in your hands,
the better - even months before getting into a foreclosure situation if
possible. No matter what situation you're in - even if you're one week away
from your foreclosure date - there is still time to postpone your
foreclosure and cut your losses.
|
WARNING: Don't Even Try to Solve Your
Foreclosure Problem Without Reading This! |
Let me ask you something. How can you possibly expect
yourself to know where all of the hidden dangers of foreclosure lie? How
are you supposed to make intelligent decisions on a subject you know little to
nothing about, especially when you may be feeling more confused and out of
control than ever before?
The truth is that figuring out how to avoid
foreclosure is daunting and incredibly complex. Knowing what all
the different alternatives are to foreclosure, let alone when and how to use
them so you have the highest chance of success is almost impossible
without help. The problem is, there are so many things that can go wrong along
the way.
| Nonetheless, it's not difficult to learn what options are your
best bets for your situation and how to protect you and your family from losing
everything.
That's why I
compiled the expert tips and insider secrets that I've accumulated into a
first-of-its-kind resource titled How to
SURVIVE Foreclosure or AVOID it Altogether.
I spent hundreds
of hours over an entire year researching and meeting with top-notch
experts to nail down what it takes cut your losses and move on.
This downloadable book costs just a fraction of
a single hour's consultation with just one expert - saving you thousands of
dollars and time in not having to consult with attorneys, CPAs, foreclosure
mitigators, short sale companies, credit experts, and other expensive
help.

information" and strategies that no one is telling you
about, I discuss all of the ways foreclosure will affect your life.
I've designed this eBook in such a way that it can be read and understood by
laypersons and it acts like hand-held instruction.
This will be the
best education you can find on the entire subject of foreclosure that
you can get in one quick gulp. It is the definitive guide on how
to best deal with foreclosure in your own situation.
In fact, you'll learn ways to ensure that this
tragic situation never happens again.
When you get this
eBook in your hands, it will take
the fear out of your situation because you'll no longer be dealing with the
unknown. It spells out exactly what you need to know in a usable format,
including:
- What foreclosure
(loss) mitigation is and how it might solve your problems in just a
few weeks. Find out if you qualify for these solutions and if not, what to
do next. (see chapter
8)
- What your best
options are to try first, second, third and so on. You'll be able to
check off which ones might work for you and which ones won't until you
find the solution that ends your foreclosure problems - saving
you precious time and money. (see chapters 8 - 12
and chapter 16)
What's the real story on the Government's newest (Oct 2008)
rescue/bailout plan called Hope Now? Can it really help
you avoid foreclosure? Who qualifies, what are the guidelines,
and how do you apply? Why will many of its shortcomings stop you from getting
the loan modification you need and the program promises? Get expert answers to
questions everyone is asking about this program. (see chapter
16)
- How to get your
lender to stop calling and harassing you day and night. You'll
discover a little-known secret that forces them to stop calling
you by law! I give you a template that you can copy and use immediately.
(see chapter 4)
- The nuts and bolts
of short sale and how you can increase your chances of using this option
to avoid foreclosure by 91%. You'll get the insider
information and expert tips on what makes or breaks a short sale. (see chapter 11)

nothing when you get help from people offering services such as
foreclosure mitigation, loan modification, or short sale. Beware of
companies charging high fees, or fees "equal to one month's mortgage payment"
for these and other services.
- Where to find
trustworthy experts who can work on a solution to your foreclosure
problems while you're at work - at reasonable or no out-of-pocket cost
to you. (see chapters 14 and
15)
- What kinds of
scams are out there and how to recognize them so you'll avoid getting
caught in one. Discover how scammers find you and what they really want
from you so you can protect yourself. (see
chapter 13)
- When you may want to
consider bankruptcy and how the process works. Learn the difference
between Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 and if one could be the best solution in your
situation. Discover a little-known provision in bankruptcy law that stops
your foreclosure immediately, and a plan that can help you afford to
stay in your house. (see chapters 10 and
11)
- What legal
issues you need to be concerned about, if your lender or any other creditor
has the right to sue you, and when you do and don't have to repay
if you foreclose or short sell. (see chapters 2 and
12)
- What tax
obligations you have if you foreclose, short sell, file bankruptcy, or
choose other options. You'll not only know exactly what tax forms you'll
need to file, I give them to you in the eBook! (see
chapters 12 and 16)
- What new
legislation can help protect you and get you moving forward faster. I tell
you if you'll qualify and if not, what to do next. (see chapter 16)
- Why your loan
payments doubled or even tripled. I explain what all those numbers in
your loan documents really mean and how knowing these critical loan
terms can save you from ever having to go through foreclosure again.
(see chapter 5)
- How to make sure you
are getting the best loan and mortgage rates possible, and how to avoid
being taken advantage of by jacked-up margins and commissions you didn't
even know to look for. (see chapter
6)
- What you can do to
keep your relationship intact during foreclosure and any other crisis
you'll encounter in your life. The best advice from "The Relationship Doctor"
...
a 20+ year veteran in couples counseling. (see
chapter 7)
- What to do when it's
all over. I'll tell you exactly how to repair your credit and suggest
ways you can start to rebuild your life
so you and your family
can move on and get back to normal more quickly.
(see chapters 14, 17 and 19)
And so
much more...
Did you know ... for example,
that you can increase your chances of avoiding foreclosure by 91%?
It's true! One option, called short sale, stops your
foreclosure if your lender will accept an offer on your house that is less than
what you owe
and ideally, forgive this amount as cancelled debt.
|
| Most people don't even know what a short sale is let
alone how to skillfully deal with your lender in this very tricky,
complex negotiation. Aside from the small percentage of people who know how
this works, you have but a 10 - 25% chance of success when you attempt this
on your own or with a real estate agent.
Until now, the
straightforward, behind-the-scene secrets to winning the short sale
negotiation has been a mystery. Either that or it's like a full-on duke out
between you and the bank. |

I've
looked everywhere for a resource like this because I desperately needed
this information when I was going through foreclosure. Even today, I have yet
to find one that gives you such complete, up-to-date
straight-talk about foreclosure with this many usable
strategies so clearly laid out for you. In fact, I can't even find
several of the strategies and warnings I tell you about documented elsewhere.
This culmination of information, advice, forms, flowcharts,
worksheets, lists, and other resources covers virtually every aspect of
foreclosure. With the power of this information and help, you can see
the light at the end of the tunnel.
In fact, this downloadable book
contains such complete, foreclosure-related tax information and all the forms
you'll need that you shouldn't need to spend a dime for more CPA advice.
It's
important to note that every technique and option presented in the book is

of the advice you might get elsewhere.
The experts who contributed

One thing I realized
early on is that if I didn't work together with my spouse to survive

I assure you that just
because you're facing foreclosure, it does not mean you have to be miserable
... or poor, destitute or broke afterwards. I can show you exactly how
to avoid losing everything even if you think your situation is hopeless.
It's not. The good news is that this one resource will take a lot of the
weight off your shoulders and make it easier to survive
foreclosure - or avoid altogether.
Even if homeowners know
some of the strategies that can help them avoid foreclosure, there are four
primary reasons they fail to make them work:
- They don't know
which steps they should take first, second, third, and so on, and how to
strategically work these techniques to their advantage;
- They don't know
their rights and what a lender can or cannot legally ask them to do.
- They don't know the
inside game when attempting techniques to keep their house or think it's
too complicated to try. For example, when negotiating with a lender, they have
no idea what this other side is trying to do (e.g. what the lender's goals and
strategies are);
- They don't realize
that there are experts that know how to deal with foreclosure,
shortsale, loss mitigation, and all the other issues for a much higher chance
of success
and will step in on your behalf at a reasonable or no cost.
|
|
How much is your future worth to you?
It pays to be
careful when it comes to using information and expert advice in your
process of dealing with foreclosure. Remember, if you don't make the right
moves as you're facing foreclosure today, you stand to lose much
more tomorrow.
You've probably heard other people (maybe even
you) who have said, "I don't care anymore! Just let the darn thing
foreclose. I'll just rent for the rest of my life!" I'll tell you why that
kind of thinking is not in your best interest.
How much would you pay
to have this resource at your side helping you right now? I would have
paid hundreds of dollars for this eBook when I was going through
foreclosure and I had no idea what to do. But it didn't exist back then.
You, on
the other hand, have easy access to all of this information and advice
in one place! Owning this eBook is like having many experts sitting right in
front of you.
How much does all this cost?
The
How to SURVIVE Foreclosure or AVOID it Altogether
eBook is only $37.00.
|
Without this resource in your hands, how long do
you think it would take to gather all of this information and figure out
what to do with it? How much money do you think you'd spend consulting
with different experts and trying different services? How much precious
time do you think you'd waste when you stand to lose so much
if you run out of time? |
 |
|
Just like it would be
difficult for you to maximize your tax return deductions without the aid of a
CPA or tax preparer, so will it be difficult to go through your foreclosure
process without the help of every expert in this resource. In fact,
without the right information and people at your side, the chances of you
avoiding foreclosure are almost nil.
I wonder how many
people
starting right now
could avoid losing everything if they
would just get this information and help? Look in the public notice
section of your newspaper and you'll see how people foreclose every
week. Even in your own community, it's often well into the hundreds. In
fact, it's likely that there are other foreclosures within a stone's throw on
your own street!
Don't let this be you.
Believe me,
$37.00 worth putting your frantic search
for help to an end. Heck ... that's less than the cost of one
trip to the movies and popcorn with your family!
Remember, your
investment in this eBook is but a small fraction of the hourly fee that
just one attorney would charge for one hour (about $400), or one CPA would
charge for one hour (about $125), but whose best advice is all included
in this eBook.
Why such a low
price for so much valuable information? Because if I can help even just ONE
family avoid some of the pain that I suffered while going through foreclosure,
then it's all worth it
something good can come out of my misfortune. I
also know that, like myself, many homeowners in foreclosure are also facing
dire financial problems; so I priced the book to be very
affordable. |
| "Well
written, clear, easy to follow, and well organized..." |
"I have read your book and it is
great! It was the perfect education and advice I needed to help
me figure out what to do ...
I highly recommend it to anyone who
needs to quickly get up to speed on foreclosure-related laws, tax
issues, and especially if they want to get out as soon as possible. I would
have spent thousands of dollars for the same advice that I got in just two
night's read of this book.
I also found it very useful when helping
a friend who has just entered her own foreclosure situation, and now I know
I'll never get myself into this horrible ordeal again."

Let this eBook
show you how to survive foreclosure - or avoid it altogether!
All the
best,
Elin
Bullmann
Author and
College Instructor of How to SURVIVE Foreclosure - or AVOID it
Altogether
Have questions?
Email me at info@surviveyourforeclosure.com. Or call me at 541-388-2156.
P.S. Have you seen those free "stop foreclosure"
eBooks? I've read many. You might be wondering if these free eBooks will help.
Let me tell you why they won't:
First of all,
nothing worthwhile or of value is ever free!
Secondly, these
free eBooks are often just a front for a company's marketing. Almost always,
they are tied to someone trying to sell you their services. These are services
you might need, but you will most likely be overcharged for. The same services
are very likely available at little or no cost to you elsewhere (which I tell
you in the eBook).
Thirdly, every
eBook we've come across is written by a single viewpoint of advice with
a personal agenda. It's either mortgage broker (hoping to refinance you), a
real estate agent (hoping to short sell your house), a lawyer (hoping you'll
hire him or her), or some other single professional that will never give you
comprehensive advice from all areas of expertise that the How to SURVIVE
Foreclosure or AVOID it Altogether book does.
Fourthly, free
eBooks are usually about 10-15 pages, which couldn't even begin to make a dent
in what you need to know. My eBook is 180+ pages packed with straight talk,
lessons learned, warnings, expert advice, real solutions, and actual storis of
how others made it.
Most
importantly, free eBooks don't teach you how to quickly build a team that can
help you; and they certainly don't hand you a ready team of experts that's been
time-tested for reliability - at little or no out-of-pocket cost to you.
